President

Voniani Qoro Nawaqavanua

He was born in Yasawa Fiji. He is the eldest grandson of the late Tui Marou, is married to Ulu with 5 childrens.
He attend Naviti district school. He went to Yasawa High School. He represent Yasawa in rugby and athletic.
Later on he attended Nasinu Secondary School, and represent the school in rugby. He join youth with a mission
in 1990 to do discipleship training course, and came to NZ in 1992 to do Foundational Training for youth ministry.
Vonni and Ulu took a team from Kings Kids New Zealand to the Target World Conference in Barcelona Spain Olympic
Games and then continue their outreach to Africa and Asia before coming back to New Zealand. He went back to Fiji
with his wife in 1993 to pioneer the Kings Kids Ministry and became the National Director for the ministry.
They help mobilise a Kings Kids Team to represent Fiji to the Target World Conference in Atlanta Georgia, Olympic
Games in America in 1996 before coming to New Zealand, in the same year.

He worked as a teacher aid at Mt Roskil grammer high school for 1 year. He worked as a Nightfill/Duty manager
for foodtown for seven years. He is now employed by Youth Link/Family Trust as a Youth Worker for 4 years now.
He is graduated with National Certificate with youth work in NZ. He also has graduated with Certificate in
First Step to Business, Certificate in Small Business Management, Certificate in Money Management. At the moment
his training is in progress with a certificate in Maori study (HE PAPA Tikanga) at the Open Wanaga.

Also she has Certificate in Midwifery Nursing–Attained from the Fiji School of Nursing in 2004.
Currently, she is working here in MercyAscot Private Health Institution Auckland New Zealand and working
as a PERIOPERATIVE ASSISTANT IN THE OPERATING ROOM.

Ratu Nauarabota Jale

Tara riki na cola! Ratu is from Tavualevu, Tavua. Came to NZ to finish off secondary
school study and for tertiary education. Now he married with 2 young children. He is
keen to help grow the presence of our yasana in Auckland and to help lay a solid
foundation for our future generation.
